Looking for Participants in an Oasis: Al-Ahsa
blog-thumbnail

When we say we carry out postal surveys across the world, it is a common mistake to assume that our clients are only concerned with data from big metropolitan areas and densely populated regions.

This is absolutely untrue. In fact, it is very often those small and relatively unknown towns of any given country from which our clients desire to collect data. One such example happens to be an oasis region at the Eastern fringes of the Arabian Desert: Al-Ahsa (or Al-Hasa) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Ever since oil fields were discovered in the area and especially since the 1960s, Al-Ahsa has been producing about 1 million barrels of oil per day. At the same time, the oasis is also known for its 30 million palm trees that produce 100 thousand tons of date a year.

Our participants in the area mainly come from the city of Al-Hofuf and its suburbs, the biggest urban center in Al-Ahsa, with about 150 thousand inhabitants.

Do you have friends, colleagues or family members who would like to join our measurement and live in Al-Ahsa? If yes, please ask them to register on our website with the survey code ‘GMS 1107’. And please do not forget to let us know their names so you can earn a small extra bonus if they are participating!

Thank you very much in advance!
