Quotas is an independent quality research institute. Our team primarily analyzes the quality of services \u2013 with a focus on the areas postal, logistics and traffic. Our tasks comprise revealing quality related weaknesses, improving the quality of provided services and increasing customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
As a panelist you are part of our world-wide panel that\u00a0covers more than 100 countries. In order to participate we need your consent and your full address. We comply with all relevant\u00a0data protection regulations and are a corporate member of ESOMAR\u00a0(www.esomar.org<\/a>) and are thus obliged\u00a0to abide by the international code on market and social research.\u00a0Your participation is of course voluntary, free of any charges and without any commitment.<\/p>\n Your tasks depend on the study you will participate in. For instance, in\u00a0our studies in the postal sector panelists may act as senders or receivers of test mail and are requested to report the dates of dispatch and receipt online.<\/p>\n For their participation in our studies we credit points to our panelists that can be redeemed for products, vouchers or online-payments, depending on the study the according panelist is participating in.
