As we have already stated in our email, the procedure of the Sender Pack Registration has changed in calendar week 06-2020 (on the 6th of February). Please read the following instructions carefully.

Please note: If you have already registered your sender pack for calendar week 06-2020, this change will only affect you from calendar week 07-2020 onwards – you only have to have a look at the section ‘New Procedure‘. If you have not registered your sender pack for calendar week 06-2020 or any week before, please have a look at the ‘Transition Phase‘ section.

 

Transition Phase

Sender Pack Registration for calendar week 06-2020 (or earlier) after the 6th of February

On the 6th of February the NU-MMS will be updated and the new procedure to register your sender pack will come into effect.

If you have not received and/or registered your sender pack for calendar week 06-2020 yet, please contact us via ‘My Message’ or via email at ✉️ unex-panel@quotas.de.

You will not be able to register your sender pack the old way (by entering a posting date from the posting list). From now on you will need a ‘Sender Pack ID‘ to register your sender pack. As this code is not printed on your printed posting plan for calendar week 06-2020, you will need our assistance.

Please note: You will not be able to register your sent items if your sender pack has not been registered previously.

 


New Procedure – From calendar week 07-2020 onwards

As the sender pack registration was not mandatory before, this will now change. From now one you will not be able to enter any items as sent if you have not yet registered your received sender pack. Please read the details about the new procedure hereafter carefully.

After you have received your weekly sender pack (test letter supply), please confirm the receipt in your online account before you start sending the items. Please click on ‘Register Received Sender Pack‘ and enter the 5-digit Sender Pack ID (you will find it on the respective printed posting plan in the right upper corner). Then click ‘Submit‘.

After that you will be forwarded to a new page asking you to chose the date on which you have received the sender pack. Please enter the Date accordingly, by clicking ‘Today‘, ‘Yesterday‘ or ‘Other date‘ and click on the small calendar to chose the correct date. After that, please click ‘Submit‘.

Please note: You will not be able to register your sent items if your sender pack has not been registered previously.

When registering your sent items, you cannot enter a date that is earlier than the date your sender pack was received. Therefore, please make sure you enter the correct date.
